I am David Bartlett, an experienced web & e-learning developer who is based Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
After graduating from the University of Gloucestershire in June, 1999, I found employment with Pennant Training Systems in a developer role.
Recently I have worked on a wide range of projects for both the digital department of Prospect Training Services at Quedgeley, Gloucester and Lionbridge at Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
